Miner Lake is an all-sports lake located in Allegan County (Allegan Township).
Miner Lake is about 335 acres with 7 miles of shoreline and is relatively deep with a maximum depth of 82 feet and a mean or average depth of about 27 feet. The lake has a volume of water equal to 9000 acre-feet. This equates to approximately 2.9 billion gallons of water.
A dam (control structure) at the outlet of the lake allows for a fairly regular level of 711 feet above sea level (summer) and a foot lower for the winter.
