Allegan Township and Allegan County government provide residents with opportunities throughout the year to safely dispose of household waste or other items.
The Allegan Township clean-up days were listed on a sheet of paper along with your annual tax payment receipt, but we have attached a copy of the 2025 newsletter below. Details are posted on the Allegan Township site or by calling the office at (269) 673-5051.

Note: This collection does NOT include Household Hazardous Waste (HHW)
A separate HHW event is scheduled for September. Options for HHW are explained in the newsletter.

The Allegan County Resource Recovery and Recycling Program offers events for tire collection and hazardous waste collection. Their Events and Collections Calendar is available on the Allegan County website.
