Recent heavy rainfall has raised lake water levels significantly, leading to concerns about erosion and shore damage from boat traffic. Boaters are urged to minimize their wake and maintain distance from the shore over the next 3-5 days to protect native plants and fish habitats, as well as to support local residents.
