What’s in the Water? – Dam Maintenance

The Allegan Country Drain Commissioner’s office is required by law to remove the top board in the dam between Oct. 15 and Nov. 15. Last year, the Commissioner elected to remove it on Nov. 1. Be prepared for the water to drop to its winter level.
