Several residents of Stoney Point (area surrounding the dam) have received notices to appear for a hearing on condemnation of property and easement. It is our understanding that the Office of Drain Commissioner is seeking access through action in court.
These residents are offering an opportunity to understand and discuss the project and potential costs to the residents of Miner Lake. There will be an open meeting tomorrow, November 17, at Allegan General Hospital. The purpose is to allow discussion and information sharing among our residents.
When: Tuesday November 17, 6pm – 8pm
Where: Allegan General Hospital – Michigan Room (lower level)
This is open to all interested parties and is not an official meeting of the Miner Lake Property Owners Association.

So sorry we missed this meeting. I have been checking the website often for minutes from the Sept meeting and the water quality report. But this meeting slipped in at the last minute. This website should really have the minutes posted by now and the water quality report. Also where can I learn more information about this Nov meeting and especially about the court date Dec 9. Thanks
