This year we plan to celebrate the Independence Day holiday on July 3rd with fireworks after dark (around 10 pm) and the revival of the Boat parade starting at 10 am (see separate post). A postcard is also on the way to all residents.

While the Miner Lake Property Owners Assn. does not sponsor fireworks, we do have several residents who choose to celebrate the holiday with a bit of a show! In previous years the majority of the fireworks were launched from the West side of the lake, however there is a notable change this year.

One of the larger displays will be moving to the East side of the lake in the area North of the dam and will be launched from rafts. We ask that residents remain clear of that area when the rafts are present and do not disturb the rafts or contents. This display scheduled for July 3, 2023 around 10 to 10:30 pm and will include and soundtrack broadcast that can be heard on your boat radio by tuning to 105.0 FM.

Thanks to Keith and others for generously sharing this significant gift with our community – the equipment and fireworks cost many thousand dollars! You can show your appreciation by donating via Venmo to @Keith-Norman-29
