“What is the Allegan Township Master Plan?”

The Master plan is a document required from Allegan Township by the State of Michigan to help guide the future of its physical development.  The Master Plan is reviewed every five years to measure accuracy of past predictions and continued applicability of goals, objectives, and other stated information.  The Master Plan is used by Allegan Township to guide zoning decisions, policy changes, and potential developments.

“Why a Survey?”

Allegan Township wants to ensure it adequately accounts for the needs and desires of its residents and stakeholders as it reviews past goals and adjusts them for the futures.  A survey is a quick, comprehensive way to collect that information.
