Spring Association Member’s Meeting May 24th, 2008

We will have our regularly scheduled Spring Association Member’s Meeting on Saturday May 24th from 8-10 am.

A post card will be sent out this week and the agenda is scheduled to include the following items:

• Coffee and snacks begin at 8:00am
• Meeting begins at 8:30am
• Perennial Swap outside before and after the meeting
• East End Clean-up Day (June 14th 9-10:30am)
• Update on Sewer Project and plan for additional communcation
• Plans to Update the Membership Roll (Database)
• Planned enhancements to the Miner Lake Website
• Short discussion on outreach to new residents and residents that are not currently members
