It looks like the unexpected morning gloom is dissipating and Boat Parade is still scheduled as planned.
All boats gather in the North Bay (East of Crystal Cove) for the a 10 am start.
Those on land look to cheer them on as they travel past!

Nice show of boats.. they did a good job
When will the winner be posted and how do they find out?
As mentioned in the earlier articles, we were not sure how much participation there would be, so there was no official judging or declared winners. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the turnout and incredible creativity/patriotism!
It seems quite clear that next year we should consider stepping up our recognition to match the effort people put into their decorations!
