A special assessment for installing a sewer system on Miner Lake is currently being proposed, and if passed, each parcel within the district will be assessed.
If you own multiple parcels, we strongly recommend evaluating whether combining them would be in your best interest. Consolidating parcels—particularly if you own smaller, unbuildable lots—may result in a lower total assessment for your property.
